Terms of Service

These terms govern access to CSCC, including the portal, integrations, creative strategy workflows, sync tools, and operational dashboards.

Agreement

By accessing or using CSCC, you agree to these terms. If you are using the service on behalf of a brand or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

The Service

CSCC provides tools for connecting commerce, marketing, lifecycle, review, survey, and analytics systems; managing creative strategy workflows; monitoring provider syncs; resolving attribution; and operating related internal workflows.

Accounts and Access

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for ensuring that users invited to a brand have appropriate roles. Access may be limited, suspended, or removed if we believe an account is being used in a way that creates risk for the platform or connected providers.

Acceptable Use

You may not use CSCC to:

  • Violate law, provider terms, or platform policies.
  • Access data for a brand you are not authorized to manage.
  • Interfere with provider APIs, sync workers, or platform infrastructure.
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the service beyond permitted operational use.

Customer Data and Integrations

Brands are responsible for the data they connect to CSCC and for ensuring they have the rights and notices required to process that data. CSCC uses connected provider data to operate the service and perform configured actions on behalf of the brand.

Provider APIs

Some features depend on third-party APIs and permissions. Provider outages, permission changes, revocations, rate limits, or policy changes may affect availability or data completeness.

Intellectual Property

CSCC and its software, workflows, designs, and documentation are owned by their respective operators and licensors. Brand data and provider data remain subject to the applicable brand and provider rights.

Disclaimers

The service is provided as-is and as-available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, complete provider data, attribution accuracy, or that every provider action will succeed.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CSCC operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service changes. Continued use of CSCC after an update means you accept the updated terms.
